“Desert Arc is extremely pleased with our relationship with IMC. Kate Spates has been the leader of a unique “creative coalition” with expertise in website, graphic design, marketing and advertising materials – including print and TV advertising and website upgrades for Desert Arc. Our problem was to redefine our brand, logo and tagline, and marketing materials to create more public awareness and understanding of Desert Arc in our community.

As the largest and oldest non-profit social services agency in the greater Coachella Valley, Desert Arc serves 550 adults with developmental disabilities, people with autism, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, mental retardation, epilepsy and other medical conditions. Our Board of Directors adopted a marketing strategy to “focus on the faces” of Desert Arc, to present our clients in their vocational, employment and social development and recreation programs for our various constituencies. As so much of our agency budget comes from government sources, foundation grants, philanthropists and individual donors, it is vitally important that these constituencies understand and relate to our mission “to enhance the quality of life and create opportunities for the disabled”.

Kate and the team at IMC understood our needs from the outset, organized a half-day “branding workshop” with the executive team at Desert Arc, and worked as the leading force with the “creative coalition” to develop a new logo and tagline that have been universally praised by our Board of Directors and staff. The new logo and tagline and new “focus on faces” approach have already been represented in our current advertising, letterhead, vehicle identification and website. We are in the process of implementing the roll-out of the new logo and tagline and “focus on faces” theme according to the plan designed by IMC.

We are delighted with IMC’s responsiveness, sensitivity, and thorough professionalism in assessing our needs and leading and organizing the task force to design our marketing program.

Thank you!”

The IMC team was a pleasure to work with through the re-design of www.dwa.org. The team was patient and assertive—always considering our needs and formulating solutions that would best suit our agency. Not only did they come up with a creative and striking design, but also a website that is user-friendly, easy to navigate and informational. Throughout the process of creating the new site, IMC kept us up-to-date and well-informed. The team was willing to attend agency meetings in our office to ensure quality. The IMC team is committed to producing exceptional work.

It was a pleasure to work with the Image Marketing Concepts team in launching a new website for Old Town La Quinta. Their level of expertise and creativity was crucial in meeting our launch date goal and ensuring a seamless transition of our site. Since our launch, I continue to be amazed at the immediate response time and understanding the importance of real-time updates to our site.

Their Project Management team has been a tremendous resource and improvement in keeping the Old Town La Quinta website fresh and up to date.

The website designed for Animal Samaritans SPCA by IMC has made a big difference for our organization. It has contributed to the overall level of professionalism and given us a more prominent presence online. The new site is not only informative but it has made it easier for our supporters to make donations, renew their membership, and submit reservations for special events.

Image Marketing Concepts’ business relationship began with KDI Elements’ major re-branding in 2007. They designed our new logo, business stationary, and web site. IMC put together a comprehensive marketing campaign with everything from print ads, TV spots, and billboards. KDI Elements re-branding has taken a year to complete and IMC has been there every step of the way. IMC continues to be a wonderful and valued asset to our business endeavors. They help us keep our image visible and identifiable. They are committed to doing a great job and their people are a pleasure to work with.

“Your image is everything,” says it all! In today’s market you need to find a brand that is competitive globally. Those who design and or implement and enrich your brand are key to your success. Gribow Entertainment, Inc. chose Image Marketing Concepts to be our partners in website design and marketing, because we have witnessed first hand how from conception through implementation the “Team” at IMC has worked to guarantee our success. Careful consideration were given to both The Patti Gribow Show and Patti Gribow’s RoundTable by all concerned, garnering us a professional and enterprising reputation in our marketplace of Television broadcast.

Perhaps the single best attribute of IMC is Kate’s selfless mentoring of her ‘team’ which gives each individual a chance to not only shine, and learn, but to maximize their capabilities. We as clients are the benefactors of this spirit, because the challenges we present are greeted with only positive outcomes.

If your image is everything, you need IMC!
