 Sacramento - Kate Spates of WebSites 2000(pictured with Assembly member John Benoit)
were presented an award by Assemblymember John Benoit of Assembly District #64, honoring them for their outstanding leadership in their community.
California Small Business Day, is hosted by California legilative leaders, President Pro-Tem Perata, Senator Dick Ackerman, Speaker Nunez and Assemblyman Kevin McCarthy, and sponsored by 31 organizations and chambers. State Controller Steve Westy delivered the keynote address "A Salute to Small Business". The program consisted of morning and afternoon sessions where small business owners met with legislative leaders and government agencies to discuss key legislative issues that affect small business"
