Graphtek Interactive and Image Marketing Concepts (IMC) Merge

(PALM DESERT, CA -- ) Graphtek Interactive and Image Marketing Concepts (IMC), the Coachella Valley's leading web development and marketing firms, are merging operations, announced Mike Cheley, CEO | creative director. The transaction will combine two of the largest web firms in the region into a single company with an expansive range of web development, marketing and branding capabilities.

"The merger makes tremendous sense for our clients and employees," Cheley said. Current clients range from international web-based vendors like the Supplies Guys; to public agencies such as SunLine Transit Agency, the City of Alameda, and the City of Indian Wells; to local nonprofits including Desert Town Hall of Indian Wells. Other clients include noteworthy events , e.g. the Humana Challenge; business associations such as Old Town La Quinta; and medical providers including Desert Regional Medical Center.

According to Cheley, "The online space has become the center of the marketing universe; it is no longer a channel. Nearly all marketing efforts are now designed to drive prospects to the web. It's our goal to help firms capitalize on those sales opportunities."

The merged company will operate under the Graphtek Interactive name. Spates will serve as President and oversee customer relations and new business development. Cheley will continue as CEO|Creative Director and oversee operations, creative and technology.
